Tarn holds positions from Bybit, Binance, and Hyperliquid alongside cold wallet addresses, and organises them across six elevations rather than one dashboard: Summit for what you hold now, Ridge for the shape of each holding, Vantage for exposure from above, Horizon for what you are watching, Trail for what has already closed, and Camp for what you intend. It opens each morning by asking for an intention before it shows a number, and closes each evening by asking you to account for the day. There is no account to create, no server to sync to, and no telemetry of any kind. Exchange keys are read-only and held in the Mac keychain, and the app is built so that it cannot place a trade.

What makes it different

Local-first is the shape of the thing, not a setting. There are no servers to turn off, because there are none.
It renders HIP-3 builder-dex markets on Hyperliquid natively. Mainstream trackers do not.
It degrades honestly. When a feed is late, it says the feed is late. It never shows a stale number as a live one.
